This car was a commission done for a guy I used to work with. His wife gave it to him as a gift for X-mas and he was thrilled. I see this car every once in a while and it makes me smile. I really enjoyed working on this drawing.
I’ve always liked the aggressive look of the old Camaros. I sketched this one out a few months ago. I hope it decides to turn into a finished piece someday. In the meantime I’m pretty content to just look at it and make “hot car” sounds.
This Rabbit was for my main man Goomba from a site I chill at. It took me a while to get through this piece as I was struggling to get my “sea legs” back after a loss in the family. Goomba was kind and understanding and kicked me in the butt a couple times and I really appreciate him for it. I learned alot on this particular job, some of it art related, but more importantly I found a friend.
A guy I know online as Peaceful Warrior commissioned me to draw his bus. My friend Jeremy is showing me how to illustrate “his way” on this project. It is both fun and terrifying. I’m really enjoying it so far. That’s not to say that I enjoy being terrified mind you, but I do enjoy fun.
This is a toon of my man Wes Cavelier’s Type 3 vw. Wes is known for his welding in flip-flop skills and his sausage fingers. He is also one of the people I am most proud to call friend. DHP New Mexico…what!
OK…I’ll admit, the name was no accident. I did this piece just for fun and as a way to stretch my wings so to speak.
